to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial cleaning machines. The candidate will ensure high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and smooth functioning of all cleaning equipment including scrubber driers, vacuum cleaners, sweepers, and other related machines.

Service Engineer

to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial cleaning machines. The candidate will ensure high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and smooth functioning of all cleaning equipment including scrubber driers, vacuum cleaners, sweepers, and other related machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of cleaning machines at client sites. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines (scrubber driers, vacuum cleaners, sweepers, high-pressure jets, etc.). Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain service records, prepare reports, and update warranty/AMC details. Provide training and guidance to customers on proper machine usage and basic maintenance. Ensure availability and replacement of spare parts and consumables. Coordinate with the service team and report escalated issues to senior engineers/management. Follow safety standards and company guidelines during all service activities. Support in product testing, feedback collection, and improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems. Hands-on experience with industrial/commercial cleaning machines (preferred). Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently. Good communication and customer handling skills. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of MS Office for service reporting. Willingness to travel for onsite service calls.

Qualifications:

Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Electrical Engineering. 1-3 years of experience in service/maintenance (cleaning equipment industry preferred). Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.
