Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused

Field Service Engineer

to install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems at customer locations. Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs on-site. Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance. Prepare service reports and documentation for internal records and customer reference. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address recurring issues. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all field activities. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering field.

Experience:

in a field service or technical support role

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM or service management tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
