Education:

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical

Fresher's / Experienced

Key Responsibilities :

Execute on-site mechanical assembly and electrical wiring of furnaces and auxiliary equipment. Interpret and implement engineering drawings (mechanical & electrical), wiring diagrams, and P&ID schematics. Ensure alignment, leveling, and fitment of mechanical assemblies (burners, motors, gearboxes, ducts, etc.). Install and terminate control panels, sensors, actuators, and instrumentation per the I/O layout. Carry out loop testing, dry run trials, and live commissioning. Troubleshoot issues related to electrical drives, control panels, automation systems (PLC/relay-based), sensors, and mechanical parts. Perform maintenance visits and breakdown analysis; recommend corrective actions to customers. Provide operational training to customers on equipment handling and basic maintenance. Maintain detailed service reports, site checklists, and commissioning records. Coordinate with design, project, and production teams for site readiness and technical clarifications.
