UPS Service Engineer

A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) service engineer's responsibilities include:

Installation, repair, and maintenance: Installing, repairing, and maintaining UPS systems and related power electronics equipment

Troubleshooting: Performing basic troubleshooting and identifying and rectifying equipment installation problems

Training: Training customers on equipment operation and maintenance

Technical support: Providing technical support to colleagues and customers

Reporting: Creating country failure reports and identifying and reporting failure modes

Administrative tasks: Maintaining customer service logs and internal service records

Service visits: Making service visits according to manufacturer's recommendations

Promotion: Promoting the company and acting professionally and diplomatically

UPS service engineers should have a strong technical background in electrical/electronics systems and the ability to interpret technical diagrams and blueprints. They should also have basic knowledge of Server OS (Windows/Linux) and sound analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
