Job Description

As a Service Engineer for Screw Air Compressors, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of screw air compressors. You will provide exceptional customer support and ensure that all services are completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, and maintain screw air compressors at customer sites.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues in air compressors.

- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and ensure machines are operating efficiently.

- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty parts such as motors, valves, and other compressor components.

- Provide technical support and training to customers on proper operation and maintenance of compressors.

- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all activities.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.

- Work with the sales and technical teams to provide solutions for customer needs and service requirements.

- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines while working on-site and handling equipment.

- Assist in managing spare parts inventory and order necessary components for service operations.

- Stay updated on new developments in screw air compressor technology and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
