Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance:

Installing new equipment or upgrades, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring systems are functioning correctly.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnosing and repairing technical issues with equipment, often under time constraints.

Customer Support:

Providing training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance, and addressing their technical questions and concerns.

Documentation:

Documenting service activities, including installations, repairs, and troubleshooting steps.

Collaboration:

Working with other engineers, sales teams, and support staff to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.

Travel:

Traveling to customer sites, which may involve overnight stays or extended periods away from home
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Aptitude:

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
