Key Responsibilities
Visit customer sites for installation and service work
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
Perform routine maintenance as per schedule
Explain basic operation and safety to customers
Maintain service reports and job records
Follow company safety rules and policies
Requirements
Diploma / ITI / Degree in relevant technical field
Basic technical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel
Good communication skills
