Role Overview:
The Company is looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth by building strong relationships with dealers, interior designers, architects, and contractors. The role involves extensive field visits and active market development.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit dealers, retailers, architects, interior designers, and contractors
Generate new leads and maintain existing client relationships
Promote veneer, plywood, and surface products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct product presentations and sampling at client locations
Collect market and competitor insights
Coordinate orders and follow up on payments
Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in field sales (building materials preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the local Surat market
Two-wheeler mandatory
Target-driven and self-motivated
