Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new local vendors and retailers onto the Owsho platform. Promote Owsho vendor subscription plans and explain product benefits. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for vendor onboarding and subscriptions. Conduct field visits, build strong vendor relationships, and provide post-onboarding support. Gather market feedback and competitor insights.

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (FMCG / Retail / App / Service sector preferred). Must own a bike and smartphone. Self-motivated with good knowledge of local markets. Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
