Key Responsibilities




Drive field sales by actively seeking out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients, deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, and negotiate/close deals. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Maintain customer satisfaction, handle complaints or objections, and gather feedback from customers or prospects to share with internal teams. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Requirements & Qualifications




Minimum 2 years//' experience in B2C Sales (preferably from Ecom or Logistics Industry). Proficiency in English and local language. Proficiency in MS Office. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. Must be self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Requires strong convincing power. Must be competitive, trustworthy, and able to help construct and shape business activities.
