Job Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard new channel partners/distributors in assigned territory.- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive consistent sales.- Conduct field visits to promote products, resolve partner issues, and ensure alignment with targets.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel management.- Educate partners and their teams on new products, promotions, and processes.-Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and report feedback to regional managers.- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads generated through partner channels.
