Field & Marketing Manager - Women Ethnic Wear

Key Responsibilities

Handle

field marketing

, retail store visits, market surveys & customer outreach. Plan & execute

promotions, branding activities, WhatsApp/Instagram marketing

. Build relationships with wholesalers, retailers & boutiques in Gandhi Nagar market. Track competition trends, customer demands & fabric preferences. Coordinate with sales team for product display, pricing & offers. Ensure local area branding, tie-ups & lead generation activities. Manage photoshoots, influencers & visual merchandising (as required). Daily reporting of field visits, customer feedback & sales improvement ideas.

Requirements

Minimum 1

-5 years

experience in Women Ethnic Wear / Textile marketing. Strong knowledge of

Gandhi Nagar market

& customer behaviour. Good communication, negotiation & field mobility. Ability to create marketing ideas, reels, content & promotions.

Salary

?25,000 - ?35,000

(based on experience)
