Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales on-site. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently on the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking Present and promote products/services to prospective clients Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions Schedule and conduct site/product demonstrations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong client relationships Submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager Gather market intelligence and customer feedback

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales or similar role is an advantage Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a result-driven approach Ability to work independently and handle field activities Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
