Job Summary:



The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory. This role involves meeting clients in person, demonstrating products (Fresh vegetables), and maintaining strong customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals. Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors daily to promote and sell company products (Fresh vegetables). Visit clients regularly to present, promote, and generate leads using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Execute sales promotions, merchandising activities, and in-store branding as per company guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the distributor/warehouse for timely replenishment. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Submit daily sales reports, route plans, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:



Any degree / 12th completed Fresher / Experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Good organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
