Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet prospective clients, and convert them into long-term customers. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong network, and a passion for interiors.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and visit potential clients (builders, homeowners, architects, corporates). Present our portfolio, services, and solutions in a professional manner. Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and referrals. Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Work closely with the design team to ensure client requirements are accurately captured. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Provide weekly reports on leads, visits, and conversions.

Requirements:



Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience (interior design, real estate, or related industry preferred). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Willingness to travel within city limits. Basic knowledge of interior design terms and materials is a plus.
