Achieve daily, weekly and monthly credit card sales targets through the team
Drive sales of multi-bank credit cards including HDFC, Axis, SBI, ICICI and others
Monitor individual executive performance and productivity
Ensure consistent approvals and payouts
2. Field Team Management
Manage and guide a team of field sales executives
Plan daily field routes and activity schedules
Accompany team members for joint field visits when required
Motivate team to achieve targets and improve performance
3. Lead Generation and Conversion Support
Support team in open market lead generation activities
Assist executives in closing high value or complex cases
Improve lead to conversion ratio across the team
4. Sales Quality and Compliance
Ensure quality sourcing as per bank and DSA guidelines
Monitor documentation accuracy and eligibility checks
Prevent fake, incorrect or non-compliant applications
Maintain healthy approval to rejection ratio
5. Training and Coaching
Train team on product features, eligibility and pitching
Conduct refresher sessions for new and existing executives
Share best practices for field sales success
6. Reporting and MIS Management
Collect daily sales and activity data from team
Submit accurate team MIS and reports on time
Track applications, approvals, rejections and payouts
7. Coordination with Operations and Banks
Coordinate with back office and bank teams for case processing
Resolve team-level escalations related to delays or issues
Ensure smooth communication between field and operations
8. Territory Coverage and Market Presence
Ensure proper coverage of assigned areas by the team
Identify high potential locations for credit card sales
Support territory expansion initiatives
9. Team Discipline and Retention
Maintain field discipline and attendance
Support management in reducing attrition
Build a positive and performance-driven team culture
10. Brand Representation and Ethics
Ensure ethical sales practices across the team
Prevent mis-selling or false commitments
Protect company and bank brand reputation
