Field sales & Team handling experience is a must. Digital payments & telecom sales (prepaid) experience will be preferred. Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Develop strategy for acquisition of merchants, retailers from various segments. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for sourcing, generating; closing new acquisition & activation signing leads. \xe2\x97\x8f Will be managing the team of direct sales people. \xe2\x97\x8f Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management. \xe2\x97\x8f Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility. \xe2\x97\x8f Should be prepared to travel across the city to develop a market. \xe2\x97\x8f Achieving sales targets.
