Position Overview
The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving student enrollments for technology and digital learning programs. The role requires a consultative sales approach--engaging potential learners, understanding their career goals, and recommending programs that align with their aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Engagement & Conversion
Engage prospective learners through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and follow-ups.
Identify and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and partner channels.
Conduct telephonic and video-based counseling sessions to assess learner needs.
Present and explain course offerings, curriculum, and career outcomes effectively.
Build rapport and guide learners through the enrollment process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
2. Product Expertise & Counseling
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all technology and digital career programs.
Clearly articulate program benefits, structure, and job opportunities.
Provide personalized career guidance and end-to-end counseling support.
Assist learners through payment, documentation, and onboarding processes.
3. Data & CRM Management
Accurately log lead details, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Track performance metrics, conversion ratios, and sales funnel progress.
Maintain compliance with data accuracy and process standards.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead management and onboarding.
Share learner feedback and market insights to improve sales effectiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth student experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Inside Sales / EdTech / IT or Digital Course Sales.
Good understanding of IT training, digital learning, and career development markets.
