Role Overview



We are seeking an enthusiastic

Field Sales Specialist

who enjoys being on the move and connecting with people.
In this role, you will explore spice markets, meet packaging vendors, visit private label manufacturers, and help build reliable B2B and retail partnerships.
Your goal will be to expand our sourcing network, onboard new partners, and ensure smooth supply chain coordination for the Flavwiz(TM) brand.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Vendor Visits



Visit spice mandis, packaging units, and private label facilities to identify potential suppliers. Build and maintain a verified database of wholesalers, manufacturers, and packaging partners. Collect samples, quotations, and assess product quality.

B2B & Retail Partner Onboarding



Introduce Flavwiz(TM) offerings to distributors, Q-commerce kitchens, and modern trade retailers. Gather partner requirements, feedback, and documents for onboarding.

Negotiation & Sourcing



Compare rates for spices, packaging, and logistics. Negotiate margins, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

Logistics & Coordination



Coordinate with courier and transport partners for dispatch planning and cost estimation. Oversee warehouse readiness and order handovers.

Reporting & Market Insights



Submit daily field visit reports with photos and lead details. Maintain accurate vendor evaluation checklists. Share insights on market prices, trends, and competition.

Skills & Qualifications



2-5 years of experience in field sales (FMCG / Agri / Spices preferred) Comfortable with extensive local travel Strong communication in Hindi and English Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and Email Understanding of spice supply chain and wholesale trade (added advantage) Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Compensation & Benefits



Fixed Salary: Based on experience Incentives: Based on successful vendor onboarding and monthly targets Travel Reimbursement: As per approved visit plans
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
