Field Sales - Channel Partner Executive (SaaS Sales)
Role:
Acquire and manage channel partners who can resell, distribute, or integrate our SaaS solutions in their regional markets, driving recurring revenue and product adoption.
Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and activate channel partners (agencies, consultants, IT resellers, system integrators).
Pitch the SaaS product's value, demo capabilities, and explain ROI to partners.
Drive monthly subscription sales, renewals, and usage across partner accounts.
Equip partners with sales kits, product training, pricing plans, and use-case playbooks.
Support partners in closing deals through joint visits, demos, and proposal support.
Ensure CRM hygiene, track pipeline, and report partner performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor SaaS offerings, and partner feedback.
Skills
Strong SaaS sales understanding (subscriptions, demos, ROI selling).
Ability to communicate technical value in simple business terms.
Proven experience in partner acquisition and relationship management.
Target-driven, field-focused, and comfortable with travel.

Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) through partners
Lead-to-demo-to-close ratio
Renewals & retention through partner network
Experience
1-5 years in SaaS sales, channel sales, or B2B tech sales.
