Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our packaging solutions. The role involves meeting potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Travel to meet prospective and existing clients to present and demonstrate packaging solutions.- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful deals.- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.- Provide regular sales updates, visit reports, and performance reports to the Dadar office.Requirements & Skills:- Prior experience in field sales preferred, especially in B2B or packaging industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.- Ability to work independently and manage field travel efficiently.- Two-wheeler license preferred.
