Job Description
Field Sales Representative- We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative who can design sales strategy and attract new clients. Required Performers :- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients.- The Guide, train, and encourage the sales team.- Train all partners for them to be able to use the company products- Ensure regular communication with pending leads/references.- The major responsibility is to sell life insurance products by contacting prospective clients and forming agents.- Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales goals and increase market share in the insurance business.- Generating leads via, networking, referrals.- Educating prospective consumers about insurance coverage and explaining difficult insurance concepts.Skill requirement :- Excellent communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills. - Experience with various sales strategies.- Experience in field sales or related fields.- Knowledge of insurance products or services.- Multitasking and handling multiple client inquiries.Required Candidate profile :- Experience in sales at least 1 year in any fieldAge : 22 to 38Education : Graduation- You need to have a driver\'s license and a bikeContact :Drashti Patel8849711957 (ref:updazz.com)
