INDIA POST PAYMENTS BANK LTD -INSURANCE SALES ( FIELD ) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-1. Client Prospecting and Lead Generation- Identify potential customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, or digital outreach.- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads.2. Customer Needs Assessment- Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs.- Recommend suitable insurance products based on the client's lifestyle, budget, and risk profile.3. Product Knowledge and Explanation- Stay informed about various insurance products (life, health, auto, property, etc.).- Clearly explain policy features, benefits, terms, and costs to clients.4. Sales and Policy Enrollment- Help clients complete insurance applications.- Process policy paperwork and submit it to insurance companies.- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.5. Customer Relationship Management- Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients.- Handle policy renewals, claims assistance, and policy adjustments.6. Compliance and Documentation- Ensure all client interactions and documents comply with industry regulations and company policies.- Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.7. Market and Competitor Analysis- Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings.- Adjust sales strategies based on market conditions.8.
