Responsibilities:- Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp- Identify prospects, generate leads, and qualify them for meetings- Present and promote company products and services- Handle objections, negotiate deals, and close sales- Lead management of customer interactions- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditionsMust Have:- Good communication and negotiation skills- Proficient with Switchgear, Automation and other electrical equipment product knowledge- Qualification: BTech/Diploma/ITI graduate- 3-5 years exp in Field Sales(Open to travel in Delhi NCR region and if have two-wheeler it's a plus point else they will align areas to nearby but have to report in marketing office on weekly basis type) (ref:updazz.com)
