Product Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our fabric products, addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and fostering repeat business opportunities.
Market Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats, and provide relevant feedback to the management team.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer experience.
Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the sales manager or management team on a regular basis.
Promotional Activities: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our brand, showcase products, and generate new leads.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on fabric specifications, technical details, pricing, and other relevant information to effectively address customer inquiries and provide suitable recommendations.
Sales Targets: Continuously strive to achieve personal and team sales targets, utilizing effective sales techniques and maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
