Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Field Sales Representative

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing services to businesses across sectors -- from small retail shops to large corporations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct field visits to prospect, pitch, and convert businesses to our digital marketing services. Target clients across industries -- including retail, healthcare, education, real estate, hospitality, and more. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a strong pipeline through cold visits, walk-ins, door-to-door campaigns, and scheduled meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, updates, and customer service. Provide tailored marketing solutions based on client needs and industry trends. Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, campaign execution, and client onboarding. Prepare daily and weekly reports on field activity, leads, and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven field sales experience (preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or B2B services). Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset. Familiar with CRM software or lead management tools (preferred). Ability to travel locally for client meetings and field visits.

Monthly Sales Target:



Achieve a minimum sales target of ? [Insert Amount] per month (negotiable based on experience and market). Performance bonuses and incentives are offered for exceeding targets.
