Key Responsibility

Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions

Greet customers and create rapport

Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders

Responsible for customer follow-up

Developing leads and referrals

Develops Sales opportunities

Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with

customers

Basic knowledge of MS Office
