Generate valuation leads from banks, NBFCs, builders, brokers, legal consultants, and local property agents
Visit client sites, real estate offices, and property locations to explain services and collect valuation requests
Act as a liaison between the valuation team and external clients for site survey scheduling and documentation
Build and maintain relationships with real estate stakeholders to ensure regular business flow
Submit daily reports on visits, meetings, and lead status
Coordinate with the operations/back-office team to ensure smooth job allocation and timely completion
Maintain updated client database and assist in follow-ups or reminders
Skills Required
Field sales experience in
real estate, insurance, loans, or property services
Good communication and negotiation skills (Hindi + local language; English is a plus)
Self-motivated and target-driven
Familiarity with real estate terms and localities is a
big advantage
Basic knowledge of Google Maps, WhatsApp, and mobile CRM tools
Ability to document and report daily activities clearly
Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass
Preferred: Graduate in any stream (Real Estate, Business, or Commerce preferred)
Experience
0-3 years in field sales or client-facing roles
Experience with
NBFCs, housing finance companies, or property brokers
is a plus
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ?14000
Incentives: Based on number of site visits, leads closed, or monthly target
TA/DA: Reimbursed for field travel

Field visits + office reporting as needed
