Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Field Sales Representative

to join our team, specializing in

B2B sales of mechanical tooling components .

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of mechanical tooling products and the ability to build long-term relationships with industrial clients, including manufacturers, machine shops, and engineering firms.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients (machine shops, OEMs, industrial manufacturers, etc.). Present, demonstrate, and promote mechanical tooling products to potential customers. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Provide technical support, product recommendations, and troubleshooting assistance. Address customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, and product specifications.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with internal teams (engineering, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide regular sales reports.

Trade Shows & Training:

Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars. Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new tooling technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Sales, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

2+ years in

B2B field sales

, preferably in

mechanical tooling, industrial components, or precision machining

. Technical knowledge of cutting tools, CNC machining, or metalworking processes is a

strong plus

.

Skills:

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Ability to read technical drawings/specifications is a plus.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (up to 60-70%). Valid driver's license.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
