. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging institutional clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits, presentations, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential institutional clients such as schools, colleges, offices, hospitals, hotels, and government bodies.
Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Understand client requirements and provide customized furniture solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and quotations.
Negotiate prices and close deals in coordination with the pricing and supply team.
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement officers.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Maintain sales records, daily visit reports, and client communications.
Follow up on payments and post-sale service to ensure client satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required
