City Craft Technologies Private Limited is looking for energetic and result-driven
Field Sales Executives
to expand our customer base and onboard service partners across assigned areas. The role involves direct field visits, relationship building, and driving service adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned areas daily to generate leads and close sales
Promote City Craft home services to residential societies, local businesses, and customers
Onboard service partners (beauty, cleaning, pet grooming, etc.) as per business needs
Explain services, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service activation
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate preferred
0-3 years of experience in
field sales / direct sales
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to work on targets and in field conditions
Basic smartphone knowledge (apps, WhatsApp, GPS)
Local area knowledge is a plus
