We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing Fintech team. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) and other financial products, and building long-term customer relationships through field-based sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers through field sales and direct customer interaction

Promote and sell CASA accounts and related financial products

Meet daily/weekly sales targets and ensure quality customer onboarding

Conduct market visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities

Maintain accurate customer data and sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account activation and service delivery

Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in CASA sales

(OR candidates with financial product sales experience willing to work in CASA sales)

Graduate in any discipline

Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales

Immediate joiner or able to join within 15 days

Compensation & Benefits:

Expected CTC: ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month
