Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)



Visit

physical stores in person daily

Pitch the product and explain access to

our clients base

Convince vendors to

list their business on our platform

Negotiate and secure

attractive discounts/offers

for our clients Onboard vendors by collecting required details and completing platform registration

Field Sales Execution



Conduct

in-person store visits daily

Identify decision makers (owner/manager) and present value proposition Handle objections related to discounts, customer volume, and trust Build strong local vendor relationships

Reporting & Follow-ups



Maintain daily visit reports with store name, contact person, and outcome Share proof of visits (location check-in / photos) Follow up with interested vendors until onboarding is completed Coordinate with internal team for vendor activation on the app

Daily Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)



Ideal Candidate Profile



Experience in

field sales / direct sales / B2B sales

Comfortable with

in-person cold visits

Strong communication and negotiation skills Street-smart, confident, and target-driven Comfortable working with strict daily targets Familiar with local markets and retail areas Must speak telugu,hindi,english

Preferred Background



Experience selling to

retail stores, coaching centers, clinics, or local businesses

Previous work in

FMCG, Hyperlocal, or Marketplace sales

Own two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided)
