Key Responsibilities
Dealer Coverage
: Visit 9-10 outlets daily to book orders, check stocks, and ensure product visibility.
Order Booking & Execution
: Capture orders using mobile apps/handheld devices; ensure sales of major SKUs.
Payment Collection
: Check dealer outstanding and collect payment from dealers through company QR code.
Dealer Stock Checking
: Scan and record dealer stocks through QR code in mobile app.
Target Achievement
: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and SKU coverage requirements.
Promotions & Schemes
: Promote products and schemes in dealer outlet.
Reporting
: Share competitor activity, outlet feedback, and sales data with supervisors.
Relationship Management
: Build strong relationships with dealers to drive loyalty and repeat sales.
