Identify and engage with
principals, school owners, administrators, and academic coordinators
as key decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads through
direct field visits, referrals, networking, and local education events
.
Conduct
on-site product demonstrations
highlighting Classess features such as lesson planning, assessments, analytics, and academic workflows.
Understand institutional requirements and present
customized solutions and pricing proposals
.
Manage the
complete field sales cycle
including follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
Achieve assigned
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
for the territory.
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with onboarding, training, and support teams to ensure
smooth implementation and adoption
at the school.
Build long-term relationships to support
renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
opportunities.
Collect
market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
from the field.
Represent Classess professionally at
school meetings, education expos, and outreach programs
.
Submit
daily activity reports and weekly sales updates
to the Sales Manager.
