Key Responsibilities
Visit retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers to promote and sell FMCG products
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Ensure product visibility, availability, and placement in stores
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors, and customer behavior
Handle order collection, billing coordination, and delivery follow-ups
Maintain daily reports and share field updates with the sales manager
Ensure proper branding and merchandising at store level
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the FMCG market
Relationship-building and customer management
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Basic computer skills for reporting
Good geographical knowledge of Hyderabad
