Key Responsibilities
Follow up on sales leads to generate revenue for Electra Automation by actively pursuing new and repeat business in the field.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular meetings and presentations.
Evaluate customer needs, provide product demonstrations, recommend appropriate solutions, and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports using CRM software and data-entry tools.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for building rapport with clients and closing deals.
