Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers to ensure proper device usage and clinical outcomes.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and distributors to maintain a strong field presence.
Work closely with the marketing and product management teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to share with management.
Attend conferences, workshops, and industry events to network and stay informed of the latest medical advancements.
Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
