Job Description

Sales & Business Development:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Promote nutraceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, dietitians, and health stores. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Product Promotion:

Educate healthcare professionals and retail staff about product benefits, ingredients, and usage. Conduct product presentations, demos, and promotional activities. Distribute marketing materials and samples.

Market Intelligence:

Gather feedback on product performance and competitor activity. Analyze customer needs and suggest suitable product solutions. Report on market trends and consumer behavior.

Sales Administration:

Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales, and follow-ups. Submit timely reports and maintain CRM entries. Manage stock levels at retail/distributor points.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities Basic knowledge of nutrition, health, and wellness trends Self-motivated and target-driven Willingness to travel extensively Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or a related field (preferred) 1-3 years of field sales experience (Fresher with relevant education may also apply) Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or nutraceutical industry is a plus
