Responsibilities:

Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities Present product collections, explain features, and support retailers with product knowledge Monitor competitor activity and market trends Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after?sales support Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in the jewellery industry Strong network with jewellery retailers and trade partners Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship?building skills Ability to travel extensively Proven track record of meeting sales targets Knowledge of gold, diamond, or gemstone product categories (as applicable)
