Job Description

A Field Sales Representative's primary duty is to promote and sell a company's products or services outside of a traditional office setting. This typically involves meeting with potential clients, conducting presentations, and closing sales deals. They are responsible for sourcing new prospects, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with customers to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Qualifying Prospects: Identifying potential customers and assessing their suitability for the company's products or services. Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster Ltrust and loyalty. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Presenting products or services effectively, addressing customer concerns, and negotiating contracts to secure sales. Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas to contribute to the company's revenue goals. Customer Service: Providing prompt and helpful service to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking sales activities, analyzing performance, and providing reports to management on sales progress. Skills Required: Excellent Communication and Persuasion Skills: Effectively communicating with customers, presenting product information, and persuading them to purchase. Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. Technical Knowledge of Products or Services: Understanding the features and benefits of the products or services being sold.
