Position: Field Sales Executive Location: Shamli, Buland Saher, Anup Sahar, Muzaffar Nagar, Saharanpur, Bijnor Responsibilities: Market Penetration and Customer Acquisition:
Identify potential customers (farmers, distributors, cooperatives) within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand local agricultural trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Product Promotion and Sales:
Promote our range of fertilizers, emphasizing their benefits and effectiveness.
Present product features, conduct demonstrations, and address customer inquiries.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales.
Territory Management:
Develop a strategic sales plan for the assigned area, including setting targets and action plans.
Regularly visit farms, agricultural cooperatives, and retail outlets to promote our products.
Monitor sales performance, track leads, and report progress to the Sales Manager.
Technical Support and Training:
Provide technical guidance to farmers on fertilizer application, dosage, and best practices.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on maximizing crop yield.
Collaborate with agronomists and research teams to stay updated on product advancements.
Market Intelligence and Feedback:
Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Share feedback with the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement.
Adapt sales strategies based on changing industry trends.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales visits, leads, and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelor Degree, or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years in field sales, preferably in the agriculture sector.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of fertilizer types, soil health, and crop requirements.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
