Job Title: Field Sales Representatives - Flexible Packaging (New Customer Acquisition)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to drive new customer acquisition for our flexible packaging solutions for food industries. This role focuses on visiting brand owners, retailers, and direct consumers, increasing product adoption. to expand our sales and add new customers to our existing list. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer marketing and industry-specific packaging trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Consumer & Industry Research:

? Conduct market research to understand packaging preferences, consumer behaviour, and trends in the food and packaging industries.

? Identify and analyse potential customer segments, such as organic food brands and premium food companies.

? Engage with potential clients through email marketing, trade shows, and industry networking.

? Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term customers and optimize the on boarding process.

? Conduct regular field visits to connect with potential clients, including food brands and product manufacturers.

? Establish and maintain relationships with new clients, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.

? Gather customer feedback to enhance product offerings, design customization, and sustainability initiatives.

? Implement loyalty programs and referral incentives to encourage brand partnerships.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in consumer marketing, packaging, FMCG, or industry-specific marketing .

? Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, branding, and packaging trends.
