Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Field Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the Pharmy platform to retail pharmacies, medical stores, and healthcare partners. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential pharmacy clients in the assigned territory.
Present, promote, and sell the Pharmy solution using solid sales strategies.
Conduct product demos and explain the features and benefits to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the internal marketing and tech team for client onboarding and support.
Requirements
Proven experience (1-3 years) in
field sales
, preferably in
pharma tech
,
SaaS
,
POS systems
, or
medical software
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage client visits daily.
Familiarity with the local pharmacy market is an added advantage.
Own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
