Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound sales
for individual, group, and corporate bookings.
Attend and lead
client meetings
(virtual and on-site) to gather event requirements and drive closures.
Execute
targeted sales campaigns
via email, WhatsApp, and SMS using tools like
Mailchimp, WATI, Zoho, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
corporate clients, schools, event planners, and walk-in customers.
Maintain an organized
sales pipeline and lead tracking
using CRM software.
Collaborate closely with the
marketing and operations teams
to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
Meet or exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
and generate detailed sales reports for senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of experience
in B2B/B2C
sales or business development
within hospitality, events, or entertainment.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
with a confident, client-facing approach.
Strong command of
CRM systems
and digital tools for email/WhatsApp/SMS campaigns.
Proven ability to
negotiate, follow up
