Field Sales & Marketing Executive - HoReCa Division (Rajasthan)

Shambhoo Detergent Pvt. Ltd. is a leading FMCG brand Hiring for HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) sector. We are expanding our reach across Rajasthan and seek a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities



Execute sales strategies to develop and grow HoReCa accounts across Rajasthan (including Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, etc.) Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, institutional caterers) Manage and nurture existing and New client relationships to maximize sales, repeat business, and brand presence Conduct regular field visits for merchandising, sampling, product presentations, and feedback collection Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on performance metrics (sales volume/value, coverage, outstanding payments) Negotiate pricing, trade terms, and commercial contracts to optimize profitability Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences, sharing actionable insights Liaise with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and timely deliveries Maintain accurate records in CRM for client interactions, sales forecasts, and field activity reports.

Qualifications & Experience



Minimum 3 years

of experience in

FMCG sales

, with a strong preference for HoReCa/B2B exposure Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the institution/Horeca domain Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline; MBA is a plus Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Comfortable with extensive travel across Rajasthan; valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred
