Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives across assigned regions.
Assign daily targets and plan market visits for the sales team.
Monitor field activities, client visits, and lead generation efforts.
Provide on-the-job training, support, and motivation to team members.
Track performance and share regular reports with the management.
Handle escalated client issues and ensure proper follow-up.
Travel to major markets as required to support the team.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, delivery, and payments.
Ensure team adherence to sales process, reporting formats, and company policies.
Assist team in best sales practices and do problem solving
Deal with customer directly if required

Candidate Requirements:
3-5 years of field sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & basic English).
Must be comfortable with travel across regions (Punjab, UP, Rajasthan, MP, Delhi-NCR, etc.).
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and mobile-based reporting apps.
Graduation preferred; industry experience in B2B, FMCG, or industrial products is a plus.
Should own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
