Key Responsibilities:
Find and recruit good-quality advisors.
Train advisors on products, sales methods, and company processes.
Help advisors find new customers and grow their business.
Make sure advisors give customers the right solutions and follow company rules.
Achieve monthly targets for new sales and advisor recruitment.
Ensure all sales meet company quality standards.
Experience and Qualification:
Graduation is mandatory.
2+ Years of experience in sales and marketing in any field
Having strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to do field work.
