Urgent requirement for Field sales representative in Ludhiana.

Experience:1-2 years of Industry buying and selling will be preferred.

Educational Qualification: 10+2/ diploma or equivalent.

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through door-to-door sales, meetings, and product demonstrations.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

4. Conduct market research, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve products/services.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

5. Good knowledge of local markets and customer needs.
