Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential schools/institutions for business development.
Promote and sell education products/services tailored for schools and students.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers like principals, school owners, and coordinators.
Conduct product presentations and demos at client locations.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on sales activity and pipeline.
Gather market insights and competitor data to improve strategy.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, deliveries, and customer support.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of field sales experience
in the
education domain
(e.g., school products, edtech, learning materials, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with school management or education consultants.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
